Ramona Caldwell is a lifelong horsewoman and accomplished entrepreneur whose passion for equine care has shaped every chapter of her professional journey. Raised around horses, Ramona developed a deep respect for their athletic ability, intelligence, and individuality early on—an understanding that continues to guide her approach to equine wellness today.

With decades of hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, Ramona has been actively involved in the care, training, management, and long-term soundness of horses at all stages of life—from young prospects to seasoned performance partners. Her practical knowledge, combined with a keen eye for quality care and attention to detail, has earned her the trust of fellow horse owners, trainers, and industry professionals.

As an entrepreneur, Ramona brings strong leadership, vision, and operational expertise to Equine Aqua Spa Center. She is known for building businesses that prioritize excellence, integrity, and client experience, while remaining grounded in real-world needs. Her ability to blend innovation with proven horsemanship principles is central to the philosophy behind the spa.

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree-it's a family affair with Ramona's daughter and Granddaughter playing a key role at Equine Aqua Spa Center.

Joslyn and her daughter, Cate, are both lifelong and highly accomplished horsewomen, each with an impressive record of wins and accolades earned through years of dedication to the equine industry. Their shared passion for horses, paired with hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, brings depth and credibility to everything they do.

In addition to her equestrian accomplishments, Joslyn is also a successful entrepreneur with multiple businesses to her credit, bringing valuable leadership, vision, and operational expertise to every venture she undertakes. Known to friends as JJ, Joslyn has been an integral part of Equine Aqua Spa Center since its inception, playing a key role in the facility’s development, operations, and day-to-day management. While JJ primarily leads promotion and outreach efforts, both she and Cate remain actively involved on the ground and can often be found assisting with treatments, horse care, and daily management.

Operations Coordinator and Spa Intake Specialist

Mary Ann Cooper

Mary Ann Cooper serves as the Operations Coordinator and Spa Intake Specialist at Equine Aqua Spa Center. As one of the first points of contact for clients, Mary Ann plays a vital role in ensuring that every horse and owner experiences a smooth, professional, and welcoming introduction to the facility.

In her role as Operations Coordinator, Mary Ann helps oversee daily logistics, scheduling, and workflow, keeping the spa running efficiently and seamlessly. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs behind the scenes allow the team to focus on what matters most—exceptional care for every horse that walks through the barn.

As Spa Intake Specialist, Mary Ann works closely with owners, trainers, and veterinarians to gather detailed information about each horse’s history, goals, and specific needs. She ensures that every visit begins with a clear understanding of expectations, allowing therapy and service plans to be tailored thoughtfully and accurately. Her calm demeanor and thorough approach help put both horses and owners at ease from the very first visit.
